All classes are available in-person and online during Orange and Green Levels. Some classes will be in-person and online at Red. Yoga classes are held around Levin and the Horowhenua, at the following times and locations: Monday 5.30PM - He Whare Manaaki Tangata, Waiopehu Collge, LEVIN Tuesday 6.00PM - Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN Wednesday 6.00PM - Manawatu College Staffroom, 18 Lady's Mile. FOXTON Thursday 5.30PM - Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN Friday 11.00AM (Gentle) - Levin Uniting Church. 87 Oxford St, LEVIN. Sunday 4.00PM - Holmwood Park, WAITARERE BEACH. (Summer) These Hatha Yoga classes offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The teaching style is eclectic but where flow or vinyasa style Yoga is highly utilised. A great exercise and well-being programme for children and adults that improves health and flexibility. Although there is no class specifically for children or teens, they are welcome to join any of the other classes.
