Additionally we are not responsible for NZ Couriers ability to deliver. Any issues or claims for non-delivery need to be taken up directly with NZ Couriers. Auckland deliveries are same day delivery using Urgent Couriers. Orders can also be collected from our factory in Wiri, Auckland. 24 hours notice is required for all new orders.
